DefCon9 is designed to keep your data private and under your control.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is (and is not) collected when you use the app.

DefCon9 does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as:

• your name
• your email address
• your contact details
• your billing information

All data are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to the developer.

All of the following remain local to your device:

• location
• environmental conditions
• any other data you enter into the app

This data is not sent to any external server.

If you uninstall the app, this data may be removed by the Android system.

3. Analytics and crash reporting

DefCon9 uses Google Firebase Analytics and related Google services to understand how the app is used and to improve stability.

These services may automatically collect information such as:

• device type and model
• operating system version
• app version
• general usage events (for example, screens viewed or features used)
• crash reports and performance data

This information:

• does not include your data
• is not used to identify you personally
• is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policies

4. Data transmission

Other than the analytics and crash reporting described above, DefCon9 does not transmit any data from your device.

DefCon9 does not request access to sensitive personal data or device features other than location, which is required to get a weather forecast for your locality.

Analytics data is used only to:

• understand which features are used
• improve usability
• fix crashes and performance issues

It is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.

Because your data is stored locally:

• you remain in control of it
• you can remove it at any time by uninstalling the app
